If you are at all unwell to continue your run, just contact anyone of the officials along the route or at the drinks stations who will notify the rear vehicle. This is for emergency relief only and should only be activated in that circumstance. A emergency traffic lane is operational throughout the event.
We advise that your friends and family waiting at the finish for you, should be prepared with either a rug or warm clothing for you. Drink and fruit will be provided at the finish. And St. John’s has a well-equipped marquee for first aid located at the finish should you need assistance.
